Right click on your desktop, go to properties, and navigate to the settings tab. There, try to set the monitors resolution to the largest available. That should fix your problem. If it doesn't just try some other resolutions until ou find one that works. I hope this helps, Yannick.

SOURCE: My HP w1907 won't stop popping up 'Auto Adjustment in Progress'

Something seems to be triggering it to restart, these are some of the things you can try. Make sure your video cable and power cord are secure on both ends. If you have video card make sure it is secure in its socket. Try plugging the power cord into a different outlet. Try it on another computer if possible. If you find nothing with these ideas I would send it back if it is under warranty the power supply seems to be dropping out.

SOURCE: Auto Adjusting in progress keeps popping up?

Might be a loose connection, a bad cable, or a bad video card. I'd try the monitor on a different computer--even a laptop. Should give you an answer as to what's wrong. With the laptop, reboot it with the video cable attached.

Want to erase auto adjust in progress

I guess that you are refering to your screen, auto adjusting? If you were to set the screen to equal the PC or set the PC the equal the screen, it should stop having to adjust.
If not your screen, please repost your question with more detail.
Thank you.

Auto adjust in progress, want it removed

Your video card or monitor sounds like it might be malfunctioning. Have you tried another monitor? Does it show anything on the screen after turning on the computer? If it does then goes to "Auto Adjust" then try restarting and pressing F8 over and over until you get a menu. Then select VGA Mode. Change the screen resolution by right clicking on the desktop and clicking "Properties" then the "Settings" tab. Use the slider to lower the resolution and then restart.

Disconnect the monitors plug. Unplug the power cord. You may not have to do both, but it reset mine and it works fine now.
