Question about Pyle Car Audio & Video
It goes into protect asap
I'd guess the ground to the car isn't very good... Verify that first!

SOURCE: car audio amp in protection mode
If you power up the amp with the RCAs plugged in, does it go into protection mode.
If you power up the amp with the RCAs plugged in, does the woofer pop?

If you have a good ground and 12+v on both the B+ and remote terminals, it's likely a DOA amp. Return it to the place of purchase for repair or replacement.

keep it in a vented area dont ever cover it position it were nothing will block it.it sounds like it does not have a fan so they sell those fans that you sit your laptop on.they cost about 10 bucks and wire it to your amp remote and ground inputs and it should help it stay cool....
