Question about Computers & Internet
I want to move from MAC Outlook to Windows Outlook with my all old data. Please provide me guideline to do it properly.
Outlook on Mac exports its mails in OLM format only, which is not supported by the Windows version. For the same, you will need to convert the pre-existing OLM files to PST. It is necessary that you choose the right way to get the job completed. Else the chances are- you will end up losing the mail folder structure and the contents within.
I bought this tool from Gladwev with the name OLM to PST converter Ultimate. They offered a free trial from here http://download.cnet.com/OLM-to-PST-Converter-Ultimate/3000-2369_4-76144899.html, before the purchase. Works excellent for me.

There are thousands of options available for the users looking to Convert OLM To Apple Mail efficiently, but most of them are poorly developed. Only a couple of tools are good enough to carry the process safely, but when compared with Gladwev's OLM Converter Pro even good applications comes nowhere near regarding accuracy and security of data.

outlook for MAC and convert OLM files to PST. You can move data from Outlook for Mac application
to any IMAP account configured with Mac Outlook and retrieve the data from IMAP account to MS

I can't figure a more simple way to do this besides farwording all emails to the same email address but this time refresh your email box with the outlook and not the MAC

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

The problem is that in order to use Yahoo email on a Outlook, POP3 or HTTP, Yahoo asks you to get Yahoo Mail Plus. They are forcing you to pay for 19.99 a year to be allowed a POP3 account to use for your Outlook 2003 and mail forwarding.
I've tried several methods, even trying HTTP: mail.yahoo.com
Ive even used software that said it would allow this. But no luck.
POP3 is only provided and activated by YAHOO when you pay for the yearly subcription.
Sorry. Thats really the only solution there is to this because yahoo controls their services to every user.
I hope this helps.

To work around this issue, you need to reinstall your Microsoft Office
Outlook. Reinstalling the Outlook will set a fresh copy of all the
system files and will solve out the problem.

Hope this solves it for you! Here's the official word from Microsoft:
If you receive one or more of these error messages, you may experience performance issues until Outlook finishes the reconciliation process for the .ost file or for the .pst file. The following gear icon is displayed in the status bar while Outlook checks the data file in the background: Collapse this imageExpand this image When this icon disappears, the .pst file or the .ost file is reconciled. If you exit Outlook while the gear icon is present, reconciliation must restart the next time that you run Outlook. We recommend that you leave Outlook running until the gear icon disappears before you exit Outlook.
An incorrectly shut down .ost file or .pst file may occur for one of the following reasons:

I juts got this problem. Nothing worked, except finding the file (location is in the error message) and trying to rename it. The system told me it was in use.
I was able to find and kill the processes (Excel and a messenger app) using a file unlocker utility.
I have a feeling this would be just as easily resolved by the stadard 'switch it off and switch it back on again.'
