Can a month old puppy take a bath?

You might want to wait until your puppy is at least 8 weeks old to give him a bath, but if he's especially filthy, there are things you can do to clean him up safely.

Be sure to use a puppy shampoo suitable for your puppy's age. If you're having trouble finding one that's safe for pups under 4 weeks, you can use a deodorizing shampoo instead.

Bathe your puppy in a non-slip area to avoid accidents. You can fill a small sink with warm water and clean him thoroughly but carefully, without wetting his head. You'd also want to make sure that the bathing session is a very quick one.

Last and most important, be sure to keep your puppy warm during and after bathing. Pups this young chill very easily, so it's important you use warm water and dry them up immediately after bathing.

My daughter has recently recieved the nintendogs lab game and when we try and give a puppy a name it hears it but we have to do it over and over again. We then can't get off that section unless we turn the...

Hi there, this part of the game can be a real pain! My daughters have the same games and they also struggled. The problem with this part of the game is that if you say the puppies name a little different each time the DS thinks it is either a different person or a different name. You have to try and say the name in exactly the same pitch, speed and volume every time. The problem I found was that my girls were getting stressed and this was having an effect on the way they were saying the name. In the end they managed to do it though. Please persevere, they will crack it in the end!
