You might want to look on the Radio Shack site to see if there is a possible reset for this unit and or the owner manual, Having been there myself from time to time sometimes there are bulletins for certain problems as well.
change the power cord (Adapter) seems your battery not charged well, that can be due to bad Adaptor or by end of battery life. check the same by direct power on (Adapter) if the same running then change the battery.
Do you feel OK to troubleshoot a measure 120VACon Conn P6 on the Control Board?
If so that is where I would start to see if you are losing 120VAC at that point when the washer cuts out/goes non responsive. If you have 120VAC at Conn P6 pins 1 and 3 with the washer non responsive then I feel we may have a Control Board issue and I would lean toward a Control Board replacement. I have the schematic but you can view SearsPartsDirect. You should have the troubleshooting guide in your Console. Remove the 120VAC power cord to the washer and then the 3 #15 Torx screws at the top of the console. Pull the sheet metal back away and look inside you should find the troubleshooting guide which has the machine wring diagram. There is conflict between the Printer and Router you are using. The Router is freezing the printer connectivity to the network due to the Wireless radio ON option in the printer
There is a firmware update for your printer, Let your printer be connected thru USB and from this link, download and install the update for your printer and later try setting it up wireless, it should work.
Could be that you wore out the volume knob, or may have turned it too far in either direction. If its the knob itself then depending on your experience working on electronic equipment and the ability to get a replacement knob you can maybe fix it yourself or may have to send it into Radio Shack for them to repair it.
If the knob turns real easy you probably have a worn out knob.
