HI! if ur plan is to cascade to routers here is what u can do..
Uplink port to WAN Port
router 1 have port1 port2, port3 port4 and WAN port
rouer 2 have port1 port2, port3 port4 and WAN port
Configure first the ip address of the 2nd router before connecting to the 1st router..
ex. the ip address of the 1st router is 192.168.1.1, your are goint to change the 3rd octet and the 2nd router ip should be
192.168.2.1.. 2 is the 3rd octet..
your cable connection should be.. the ethernet cable from the the modem will go the the WAN port of the 1st router and you will connect another cable at the router1 on port4 going to the WAN port of the 2nd router.. this should work..
