Question about Facebook Social Network

When I try to login to facebook my internet connection disconnect

Yesterday my computer was infected by a virus through a facebook download, and now I cannot even get to facebook to login. As soon as my browser searches for anything related to, my browser window closes immediately, and my internet connection is discontinued. The download came from a message from a friend and seemed innocent; however, when the message was opened, all of my contacts were sent a message with the virus (I believe). I can't even get onto my facebook account to warn everybody about the problem. I'm not sure if this virus is going to get my personal information; however, I cannot get rid of this problem, even with my virus scan. Please help!

<span>How to Remove a Virus With Software Recommendations</span><br /><br />In this tech article I will go over methods to protect and remove viruses from your computer. Viruses can cripple a computer and steal your personal information. You should protect your computer at all times and learn what and what not to do on the internet. <br /><br /><span>Free Virus Protection Tools</span><br />The following programs are free and highly recommended. <br /><br /><a href="">Spybot Search and Destroy </a>- This tool will scan and clean your computer from spyware. After i downloaded come thing got infected and could not open login page of facebook in my laptop. now i have cleaned the virus but still the login page do not load.."Google Chrome's connection...

Hi, i think you have not removed all the virus.

You can do that with these to programs:;1

Install them and run one by one.
It will take about 2 hours to scan your system

Both programs are freeware.

Try to open the settings in internet explorer and click on advanced
Click on redo advanced settings and click on apply and ok.

Try also this program:

CCleaner is a system optimization, privacy and cleaning tool. It removes unused files from your system - allowing Windows to run faster and freeing up valuable hard disk space. It also cleans traces of your online activities such as your Internet history. Additionally it contains a fully featured registry cleaner. But the best part is that it's fast (normally taking less than a second to run) and contains NO Spyware or Adware!

Every site i can login from yesterday as i open facebook account, i just see the blank page ...

1.There may be a problem with your internet browser some script might be corrupted or infected with a virus because of which the page might be failing to load
2.If facebook is the only website that is not loading or is showing a error then there might be some kind a browsing problem on your server .Don't worry you don't need to do anything just wait for some time it will be solved automatically.Actually some times the connection of your server fails with the server of the can even re check by :- go to run and ping -t in the box and hit ok check if there is continuous response from the server if the reply is not continuous try after some time there is browsing problem with your server in that case.
hope this solves some of you problem ..

I cannot get facebook on my computer

facebook is a webpage. If you are on a private network such as a school, college or work network. Chances are it is most likely blocked from being viewed. As 90% of private networks block these websites. Now if you are at home and cannot get it to work please ensure that you are typing in and that you are using a computer that is free from virus or malware infection. If you are unsure that you have a virus or malware download a program called malware bytes at Then run this program till it finished remove the infections then followup with a virus scan. If you feel that you dont have a virus try using a different browser such as google chrome web browser, Mozilla firefox, or just use internet explorer. If you cannot connect to facebook on any of these browsers then followup with your malware/virus scan.

It is possible that malicious software was downloaded to your computer or that your password was stolen by a phishing website designed to look like Facebook. Please carefully follow the steps provided:
  1. Run anti-virus software: If your computer has been infected with a virus or with malware, you will need to run anti-virus software to remove these harmful programs and keep your information secure.

  2. Reset password: From the Account Setting page, you will need to create a new password. Be sure to use a different password than you use for other sites or services, made up of a complex string of numbers, letters, and punctuation marks that is at least six characters in length. Do not use words found in the dictionary.

  3. Never click suspicious links: It is possible that your friends could unwillingly send spam, viruses, or malware through Facebook if their accounts are infected. Do not click this material and do not run any ".exe" files on your computer without knowing what they are. Also, be sure to use the most current version of your browser as they contain important security warnings and protection features. Current versions of Firefox and Internet Explorer warn you if you have navigated to a suspected phishing site, and we recommend that you upgrade your browser to the most current version. You can also find more information about phishing and how to avoid it
  4. Phishing is an online attempt to trick a user by pretending to be an official login page or an official email from an organization that you would have an account with, such as a bank or an email provider, in order to obtain a user’s login and account information. In the case of a phishing login page, the login page may look identical to the login page you would normally go to, but the website does not belong to the organization you have an account with (the URL web address of the website should reflect this). In the case of a phishing email, the email may look like an email you would get from the organization you have an account with and get emails from, but the link in the email that it directs you to takes you to the above phishing login page, rather than a legitimate login page for that organization.

To prevent your account information from being obtained in a phishing scheme, only log in to legitimate pages of the websites you have an account with. For example, "" is not a legitimate Facebook page on the "" domain, but "" is a legitimate Facebook page because it has the "" domain. When in doubt, you can always just type in "" into your browser to return to the legitimate Facebook site.
If you are still unable to access your profile, please send us more information regarding the issue so we can investigate. Please submit your report in the following web page .
Privacy is very important to everybody and wherever we either install in the computers or send to our "friends" in the internet will haunt us for the rest of our lives.
Many people has been learning the hart way, be careful .
If you have any other question or concern please let me know
Hope this solve your problem
Your rating and comment will be appreciated.
thank you
