Having trouble folding my Graco stroller. It's a Model# 7240MK12. I know I'm supposed pull up on these two things on the side but then what. It's almost like I need a third hand to do the rest. Please help; I got the travel system from my sister in law so I have no instructions.

Graco alano not folding? the push and twist handle not turning?? so the stroller does not collapse or fold. how can i get it to fold. wife needs to travel back and i am not sure airline would allow her if...

Took a while but finally figured it out. Original thinking was that the problem is in the handle twist and release mechanism. The problem actually lies in the collar where the unit locks into place. If the stroller is in the open position it can't be fixed unless it's folded up. To open stroller without the twist handle -- locate both black spring loaded collars where it locks into place (approx outside where the seat and seat back meet). Manually pull both the collars up the shaft. The spring is tight and it may take an extra set of hands to get the right leverage. Once the unit is in the folded position -- flip the stroller upside down and blast WD-40 into the hole where the spring pins are and work the black collar up and down. The twist mechanism on the handle will now work. My daughter claims it didn't even work that good when the stroller was brand new and we saved the time and trouble of shipping the entire stroller and seat system back to Georgia just to let the Graco people decide what to do. Bottom line is that this mechanism design stinks from the get go. Hope this helps.

I have a graco stadium duo stroller. I have collapsed it easily by using mechanism on handle but can't unfold it. I have no instruction manual.

While standing next to folded stroller , place one hand on the front seat& another on the handle & pull handle up. This unlocks the stroller with a click (this separates the front & rear seats), then just continue to pull on the handle till it opens fully& clicks into place!!! I hope you find this helpful!!

How to fold the Graco Stroller 6001BCL1

Take the carrier off by raising the handle and then lifting the handle with one hand as you pull the red handle on the back of the carrier with the other hand. Set the carrier aside and stand behind the stroller. There should be 2 matching plastic 'things' on either side of the stroller, just under the rubber handle. Put your thumbs on the rubber handle and your first 2 fingers on those plastic pieces. Pull those plastic pieces up with your 2 fingers and the stroller will collapse. I hope this helps!

I don't know how to close the Graco duoglider

I believe that this model has a little switch built into the handle bar (just underneath the handle bar you hold onto when you are pushing the stroller). You turn, slide or push this little switch at the same time as pushing the handlebars forward. Be firm and this will start the folding process.

Graco Duo Glider LXI - Will not fold properly and sorage lock does not engage.

you need to make sure both seats are upright, the storage basket bar is up and locked in place, the canopies are pulles back and out of the way, and when you lower the stroller to fold it shut, make sure the wheels are not sideways and in the way. the front wheels need to be straight, if they are crooked the stroller will not shut completely. if you still need help i'm at [email protected]
