Dryer runs but doesn't heat.

The high and Low thermostatic limit switches must be in working order for the heating element to get power to operate. High limit opens in the event of a overheat condition to cut off the heating element. The low limit cuts on and off to control normal operation of the heating element for a more or less constant heat for drying.

Fault code 5n1

I'm assuming this is a Cal Spa? I'm going to reply to this but I'm willing to bet this issue resolved itself?
Error code of Sn1 ("Sensor 1"- Spa is shut down. High-limit sensor is not working.)
This could be a temporary condition. If not, your high limit sensor is bad. "SN" means your spa has a sensor error and "1" means it's the high limit sensor. Without knowing the year of your spa I don't know which manual to give you but the link below has just about every Cal Spa manual available.

Intertherm model# FEH-015HA It is no longer blowing heat

High limit safety device is probably tripped, it should reset automatically, also check other safety's for tripped condition, they look like small round device located in a variety locations through out the unit with two wires to each one, some have small push button resets located in the burner compartment area. If all the safety's are reset and check out OK the main control board may need replaced. One of the most common causes of high limit safety device trip is lack of air flow, Dirty filters, evaporator coils, malfunctioning blowers, closed supply air registers etc.
Note: High limit safety switches also go bad after being tripped to many times.

Model RES7745PQ0 works great but no heat... what is most likely the problem... also I checked my breaker so that's not it...? HELP\r\nBest Regards

The problem is likely in the thermal cut-off (cut-out) and the high-limit thermostat located on the heating element housing. Verify this condition by bypassing the said components. Disconnect power then remove the rear access panel to access the thermal cut-off (cut-out) and the high-limit thermostat. Disconnect the wires of each component then connect them together and insulate it properly. Reconnect power then start the dryer. The problem is indeed in the thermal cut-off (cut-out) and the high-limit thermostat if the dryer heats up. Replace both parts and it should solve the problem. It is an easy and cheap repair to make.

The
thermal cut-off (cut-out) and high-limit thermostat are sold as a kit with part number 279816 and costs about $30.

In case the dryer still doesn't heat up with the
thermal cut-off (cut-out) and high-limit thermostat bypassed, bypass the cycling thermostat then replace it if the dryer heats up. Check the heating element for broken coils if the dryer still doesn't heat up with the three components mentioned above bypassed.

Service light comes on our Raypak RP 2100 pool heater.

this usually indicates a high limit condition.you must first ascertain if you have a component failure or a true high tempature condition.your model has 2 limit controls and they are both located in side panel on water in/out header

My 97 cr 125 breaks up in high rpms like it has a rev limiter, it has a brand new carb and the cdi box, the power valve works fine. Could the stator do that?

hi this may help,it sounds to me like the carb is running way to lean, this may cause the bike to miss at high rpm, also check that the spark plug cap is in good condition as it may be breaking down under high load conditions...cheers

Microwave ws cooking and I heard a funny sound. Now absolutely nothing..no power..nothing..?? wont even turn on...

Ok, this may have been the in line fuse that has failed or , the high limit capacitor may have failed as well. you will need to remove the cover, if possible, to inspect the power board. the hi limit capacitor is locate in proximity of the power board as well. the in-line fuse is on the board itself, connected to the power cord wires, via solder. if the fuse is in good condition, you will need to replace the high limit capacitor. it has failed.

Pilot light

Assuming that your make up air and exhaust hood are properly balanced, no negetive pressure conditions exist, your gas manifold pressure is at 4" wc, your air/gas mix on the burner set correctly, the your problem would be the pilot adjustment. If the flame is not intense enough flame to survive the sudden air shock, it will go out.

The pilot height should be about 1 1/2". Your Pilot orfice could also need cleaning. Eliminate excessive draft in your kitchen.

Here is the manual for your unit, it covers these topics.
