I have a inglis HD model # IL42000 washing

i have a inglis HD model # IL42000 washing machine, and the machine keeps stopping mid cycle normally just before the rise cycle if the washing machine is unplugged for about 10-15 minutes and plugged back in it will continue on with the cycle, i've looked for a thermal protect but am unable to locate one i've changed the timer and still the same problem then i changed the capacitor and this seemed to work for a short time (about 20 loads), end next move would be buy a new machine any help would be appreciated

after the work youve down, this is a long shot, but it may be a water level sensor.
