The switch for low and high power the contacts are gone or you need to check the DC voltage to the output section and the voltage drop on TX usually the likes of the cobra 148GTLDX has a bridge board you can remove and add some LCD DVM for current monitors and setting of bias etc so perhaps a regulator has failed or a resistor or the contacts on the switch you need to trace it out using current readings

Canon ir 3300 shows on error code e000064 how to solve this problem

E064 The presence of a high-voltage error is communicated by the composite power supply PCB. (The output for primary charging, developing, or transfer has deviated from a specific level of voltage.)
Possible causes:-
The contact has poor connection.
The wiring is faulty.
The composite power supply PCB is faulty.
The DC controller PCB is faulty

I would start by cleaning the contacts and the corona wires.

You can only use the tone control and channel volume at the bottom right corner of the front panel. Push them and use the select knob to increase. Push the "surround perimeters" and select the one you like.

1981 CX 500 Custom. No power to the headlight. low beam or high beam. need a wiring diagram or some idea of what to try.

Without the book you can look at the wire color including any secondary marks like the different color line on the side of some of them,at the start lets say in the headlamp connector, note what they are and look along the wire harness untill you see these same gague and colors you started with test to be sure, no battery power should be hooked up while u are doing u need to be able to use multimeter to test for continuity, ground or open circuit. first thought i had was check fuses.if they are good test for 12 volt on headlamp wires, if they have power the bulb may be bad. to test lamp with meter set to cuntinuity watch for signal between the low and high beam terminals and the ground in the center, if none a bad bulb is what you have.

How do you set regular channels and low and high on a connex 3300

Combination of hi / low switch and the band knob, I believe C band with the switch on low will give regular channels.
