Sharper Image went into recievership about 12 months ago
The have a support company listed for warranty work (N.E.W) who should be able to supply you with a disk
A customer who previously purchased a Replacement Guarantee or Service Guarantee with a product may contact N.E.W. Customer Service Company at 1-866-686-2463 to obtain service or replacement of their product if it should become defective.
