Question about LG DH30 GoldStar Dehumidifier
(assumming you are not an idiot, like the other solver suggested) you may very well have it connected to the right spot, many of these units, are not balanced well, (or are balnaced all to well, depending on how you look at it) The imbalance, basically makes the water drip to the front, instead of the back. Try to put something under just the front of the machine, to tilt it back, ever so slightly. Good luck

I had the same problem and solved it by improving the seal where the machine and the plastic tube for the hose attachment meet. This can be done using caulk where the two pieces of plastic meet (I believe that plastic tab is meant to be bent and pressed into the pop-out hole to provide pressure for that connection, but it doesn't seal well enough to ensure no leaks).
The way I improved the seal at the connection was to add a two inch section of thin, flexible garden hose between where the connection was to be. I cut the one end of the hose perfectly round and worked it tightly over the piece internal to the machine. I cut the other end at about a 45 degree angle and work that as far as possible (about 1/4 inch) into the hose connection piece which had been inserted into the back through the knockout hole with the hose threads outside the machine. I had tried using hose clamps, but there wasn't the room available to replace the bucket with the clamps, so instead, the outside and the inside diameter of the were very important for a good fit on both ends.
So in other words, I used a very small piece of plastic tubing (hose) between the two pieces meant to connect directly in order to create a better seal than the two hard plastic pieces allowed. I also leveled the machine, ensured that the machine was above the height of the drain, and shortened and straightened the path of the garden hose so that water could flow by gravity rather than pressure.
