Sorry it took so long to answer your question. This may be a problem with the adjustment of the light guide on the Clock/Radio. You must check your owners manual and make sure you adjusted the light guide correctly. If after making sure you have checked the owner manual for the correct way to adjust the light guide, you are still having problems with the display. You can call the Emerson Customer support at this telephone number 1-800-909-1240. Call them between the hours of 8am to 4:30pm central time USA.
