Brigs n straton pressure washer won t stay running unless you put or keep starting fluid in in

Loosen the carb bowl nut until it begins leaking into the shallow clear glass bowl you placed beneath it. It may take a minute to have drained the water out of the bowl and another minute or so to get some more from the gas tank. With the glass bowl you will be able to see the water in the bottom and gas floating on top of it. When you see the gas on top then tighten the bowl nut and try to crank. (Choking helps draw out water still in carb) Return gas collected. to tank but do not let the water go back in.

Empty Toilet a Bowl

Anytime you want to remove a toilet, you're usually facing the problem of how to get the water out of the bowl.
First, turn off the water
Flush, and hold the lever down until it has nothing more to drain out of the tank.
But then, you're still stuck with a full bowl of water.
Here's the trick
Fill a bucket with about 1 to 2 gallons of water.
Pour it fairly rapidly into the bowl all at once.
Because of siphon action, and nothing to refill, it will drain 90% of the water out of the bowl, leaving about a cup of water in the bowl.
If you have to have it completely empty, you can use a small hand pump, but in most cases, it's low enough for you to just carry out the way it is.

How should I wash the water dish in the bowl?

The water dish should be washed in the same way as the food dish with water and soap. Just make sure you thoroughly rinse out the water so there won't be taste of soap.

The water level in my Toto Drake toilet bowl is normal right after a flush, but often is very low a few hours later.

The bowl is cracked and is leaking down the drain. You will have to replace it. It may have cracked if the bowl hold-down bolts were overtightened, or the bowl was not able to sit flush (pardon the pun) on the floor. If the bowl rocks when it is first installed, instead of tightening the hold-down bolts, use a couple of tapered shims under the edge of it, then caulk to fill the gap and hide the shims.
Good luck.

What would cause the water in the bowl to leak down to a little water left in bowl after flushing?

The float is stuck and the flapper leaks. Adjust the float so it won't touch anything, it needs to move up and down freely. Replace the flapper,

I just installed a new perfects. The pool of water in the bottom of the bowl is small, how do i increase the pool of water in the bottom of the bowl.

The toilet you just installed is a 1.6 gallon flush water saver and will not have the same amount of water in it that your old 3.5 gallon toilet had. The water level may not be able to be raised as this is the nature of the beast.

If you can raise the level it will only be a little and will be done in the tank area by increasing the water level in the tank. If the water level in the tank is at the mark provided it a done deal.
The amount of water refilled into the bowl is done by the tube that runs from the fill valve into the overflow tube of the flush valve so if you put more water into the tank more water will be put into the bowl but the bowl will only hold as much water as the trap weir will let it hold (what the factory has sit it at and is not changeable

Low water level in bowl after flushing

The small black tube that goes into the overflow is used to fill the bowl after flushing. Would check to make sure that water is coming out of that tube at full force or if its coming out at all.

Toilet bowl doesn't hold water but tank is full

The bowl is filled up with the little hose inside the tank, it locks inside of the overflow drain. And runs water in there as it flushes to swirl the water and fill the bowl. Water seeks it's own level, and the level in the bowl is at the top of the trap. It has to hold water, unless it isn't filling or it is leaking. Check out the filler and hope the bowl doesn't have a crack in it. Hope this helps.

Water is running through refill tube into overflow but bowl will not fill.flapper seems to be sealing,I even hold it down and will not change wwter level in the bowl.Where can the water be going?(CST924F)

Unless the water is running out onto the floor, the ONLY place it can go is into the toilet bowl. The amount of water in the bowl (known as the "water spot" - which is a reference to the size of the surface of the water) can be no greater than what the geometry of the bowl and trap will allow. Unless the trap is clogged, the height of the water spot is determined by the trap. Some newer toilets have a pretty small water spot. To confirm the size of your water spot, very slowly pour water into the bowl from a bucket.
