Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3
It's very likely the screen has gone corrupt. There is little to do to try and test and figure out the exact component that is damaged...for the most part phones are meant to be replaced.
You can attempt to mess with it some more and see if it recovers, but likely won't. Post back for further assistance...
