Question about Samsung 793S 17" CRT Monitor
I had purchased a samsung 793 s CRT monitor on may 2007. The back of the monitor , the date of production ( probably ) given as Jan 2007. At present, my monitor switches off automatically while i work on the system.I would like to know whether this will be covered under free full warranty, expeccting an early reply, thanking u.
I would say no because the average time for a warranty is 90 days. So you will probably need to purchase a new monitor! There are no guarantees for these things that is why we hope something goes wrong before the warranty runs out! You can try to see if the company would be willing to work something out, my guess is no, buying a new monitor is what keeps companies in business.
