Question about Canon imageRUNNER C6800 Copier
The fixing feeder assy is not locked in place properly. Check that the green handle that locks the whole feeder assy in place is secure. It is located in the front of the machine behind the main door. Unlock it to the left and pull the unit out, then push the unit back in again and latch the elver to the right again. Make sure to turn the power off before doing it to clear the error. If this doesn't help then perhaps the sensor that registered that the unit is closed (SW15) at the back of the machine, is out of position or faulty.
