I have an AKAI 50in DLP rear projection HDTV keeps shutting down

I have an AKAI 50in DLP rear projection HDTV model #PT50DL24X/SMS it is 2 years old and has recently started shutting down on its own but I could turn it back on, now it keeps shutting down after 2mins and it will turn back on but not stay on longer than 2mins. The green lights are blinking ''Timer Lamp'' and also a red light saying ''Stand by temp'' please help me if you can!
