FIRST OF ALL WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT IS THIS THE MOTOR OR THE PUMP THAT YOU WANT TO CHANGE THE OIL ON. SHOULD BE ONE PLUG ON THE MOTOR SOME HAVE TWO YOUR PUMP SHOULD HAVE ONE ON THE SIDE OF THE PUMP

On the very bottom of the motor is a square plug to drain the oil. The machine must be elevated to allow the oil to flow into a drain pan. If you don't see a square plug then look for a small 1/4 inch tube coming from the bottom of the crankcase with a hex cap on the end of it. If you cannot find either of these, then you must turn the pressure washer on its side and drain it through the same plug you fill from.

Non-detergent 20-30-weight goes into pump port, and is filled about half way.
Ordinary motor oil 10-W30 or 40 goes into engine port.
