No the file type is DAA

DAA file is a disk image format used by PowerISO; can be compressed, password protected, and split into multiple volumes; compressed DAA files can be extracted, mounted, and edited without being decompressed first.

. rar and .daa extns

a .rar file is similar to a zip archive. you can use powerarchiver or winrar to view the files in the rar archive.
