2 Phillips screws recessed where hands go to lift unit. Then remove 4 plastic caps and 4 screws on each side. Sides should drop down 1/2 inch once screws are off that allows removal.

Fuse diagram underhood

The 2003 Chevy Impala has four accessible fuse panels. There are two panels in the car's interior, on each side of the dash. There are also two underhood fuse panels accessible in the engine compartment. Removing the fuse panels is necessary to access and replace the Impala's fuses and relays. The panels are not attached by screws or bolts, and come off with ease.
Removing the Interior Fuse Panels
Open the driver or passenger side door and inspect the applicable edge of the dash. You'll see a panel marked "Fuses."
Grasp the fuse panel by its embedded handle. Pull the panel toward the rear of the Impala and outward to remove it from the side of the dashboard.
Push the panel toward the front of the Impala and inward to reattach it when you are finished.
Removing the Underhood Fuse Panels
Shut off the Impala's engine and open the hood. Approach the passenger side of the engine compartment.
Inspect the area beneath the passenger-side strut mount. Here you'll see two fuse panels.
Grasp the clips on both sides of the panel. Pull the clips outward and lift the panel to remove it, exposing the fuses. Repeat for the other underhood fuse panel.
Push the panel back over the fuse block until it snaps in place to reattach it. You can google it to find illustrations .

Removing front panel on DX4860 UR11P

First remove the side panel so that you can see the catches that hold the front panel to the metal frame. There might be a screw or two on the back of the computer that holds the side panel that you will have to remove. Most newer model computers will only allow the removal of one side panel. Once you remove the side panel look inside towards the front near where the side panel was and you will see plastic catches that hold the front panel to the metal frame. Push the Plastic catches so that they will release the front panel.

The driver's side control panel won't work. i.e;

There's a 50 amp fuse in box under hood. Could be the problem as far as I can tell there are no fuses in car. Check all connections. This just happened to my car. I tried using my passenger side panel an drivers side and drivers side window starting working. I put the drivers side panel on the passenger side and all other functions worked except my initial problem. I found my main auto switch on drivers side panel was bad which was causing all other functions not to work.
