Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
New users get to try the service completely Free afterwhich it costs $6 per call and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

First of all, install the Blackberry desktop manager if you haven't already got it installed - then get the device software - start from here, and select your service provider:

http://na.blackberry.com/eng/support/downloads/download_sites.jsp

Once you have downloaded the correct software and installed it on your PC, connect the BB, run the desktop manager and go to "application loader" - select your device (which will probably be identified as something like "USB: PINxxxxxx"), select which components you want to load, and click "OK".

Then make a cup of coffee, since it's a pretty slow process.

Your BB has suffered a major software failure and the operating system is corrupted. It happened to my Storm 2 a while back.

You need to reload the OS from scratch. Please see here for the guidance I followed last time.

Note that there is a risk of making your BB permanently irrecoverable, but you don't really have any other choice. If you pay someone else then they'll just give you the same warning.

I'm not too sure if all your data will still be there. But you can fix this yourself. You should be able to reload the device software with the Blackberry Manager.

I think that putting different incorrect codes must have completely locked your phone for security reasons. You have to thus change your software and get a new one for your phone. Thank You.
