The oil dip-stick is blown out of its seat when the compressor runs

Without knowing what make or model you have, check the following:

1. Some, not all, compressor dip sticks have venting holes for the crankcase. If the vent holes are plugged or the check ball is stuck the dip stick will get forced out when the piston comes down.
2. Make sure the oil level is where it's supposed to be. Too much oil in the crankcase will cause the motor to work harder and the excess oil being splashed around the crank case can overwhelm the vents in the case or dip stick and again blow the dip stick out.
3. Worst case, you have worn or broken rings on the piston(s), a hole in a piston or a badly scored cylinder(s) and air is leaking past the piston and creating pressure in the crank case and blowing the dip stick out.

Getting a lot of condensation at wall where the dryer vent attaches, we have moved and the new house has a smaller laundry room. The first time we used the dryer I noticed a puddle of water, checked washer...

My suspicion is that the damper on the dryer vent is not completely closing, allowing the cold air to pass into the house. Also check to see if the vent hose is sealed to the vent with duct tape or steel tape.

A/c blows from floor

sounds like two problems. the ticking sound is probably a broken blend door stop. the wet floor is probably a bad heater core, both require dash removal.

Crank case overflow is pulling oil out of motor and into airbox

It almost sounds like a ring is broken and you are looking at a motor teardown if you have excessive suction in the crankcase.
