Press the menu button on the handset and type in (1) (4) (5) THen press 1-6 for LCD Contrast.

That depends on what you have the phone connected to. There's a switch on the base that referrs to EMSS. It's a dual Panasonic SYSTEM phone or Single line cordless. The PITS-PGM NO? means you've pressed the PROGRAM button in the EMSS mode.

You have to subscribe to that feature first at the telephone company and pay a monthly fee, then your phone will have to have the ability to decode the information that the telephone company sends after the first ring, only if you are a subscriber.

Go to the main menu. Then click on the wrench Icon (initial setting). then go to call block. From that list you can remove the blocked number.
