Check airflow first to the piece, if there is airflow - check airflow from the nozzle, if there is airflow - you have blocked needle/nozzle or paint supply tract.
you did not provided any information if this is venturi or gravity feed, you did not provided what brand and model it is. detailed information therefore cannot be provided.
remove and clean the needle, fill container with water or appropriate solvent if you use not water based paints/inks and with this solvent try to spray - if you have go - this mean that you cleansed the obstruction.
