Just recieved my ka08
sim1 works fine but sim2 reds "sim card invalid"
i know its not the sim as i have tried them both in either slot,
chosing dual sim open from the menu makes no difference :(
Bought a Samsung S Dous last week, both the sim's worked well for 2 days, now only 1 sim works & some times both Sims does not work - Is says Insert Sim. Any Samsung Guys out there can help solve this issues.

Why don't you try other SIM's with a different network operator...

Go to Settings/Dual SIM settings and choose Dual SIM open. Perhaps this is the problem.

The phone does recognize the card now. It now shows "AT&T" when I first turn it on. But there seems to be a software version problem. If I click on "Sim 1" to dial (I don't get a "Dial" button) it will dial the number. However I still cannot see my contacts. Could they be saved to the old phone memory rather than the sim? I have to get my wife's sim card and see if her contacts are visible. If they are, then this could be a problem with my card or the contacts are on the phone memory.
