Phone reads second sim invalid

it may be your sim1 card slot does'nt work..... or the settings of phone can be changed... or try to format your phone.....

Dear Please find the answers below:
(a) Cell Phone Sim1 and Sim2 both reject calls made from residence Landline, but when calling from Sim1 and Sim2 to residence Landline, both calls go through. This is actually the problem of service provide I think as this some times happens with me as well, try other landline nos, if it works it is not the handset problem.
(b) To set Ringtones to Call Alert Sim1, tried: Menu - Settings - Phone Profiles - Normal - Voice Edit . The screen does not change on pressing Voice Call Ringtones. Spent countless hours trying to set Ringtones for incoming calls of Sim1 & Sim2, Messages alert for Sim1 & Sim2, but did not succeed You have to do as follows: Menu - Settings - Phone Profiles - Normal - Edit - Voice Call Ringtone - Music - Card / Phone and chose your required Ring tone.
(c) Could not clear multiple Icons overlapping each other on main screen. You have to tap on the Screen the Widgets will come on left side. Put your finger on the Icon - Icon will increase in Size - now without picking the finger from Screen just drag the icons on the Left Widget Slider bar, it will go on it.

you should register the IMEI no. of the sim slot2 with the service provider of your second sim. for example if its an airtel sim, call the customer care and they will tell u when and where to register your IMEI num. probably this should solve your problem.

my mobile is sigmatel FXD 3600 dual sim.
my sim1 is work and sim2 is not work.
imei no. is one.
please registre my imei no.

First I would swap the known good sim to the second position. And of course activate the second nam. If that works that means the SIM card is no good.

put sim card back into #2..switch sim #2 by itself...now call the Lebera carrier from a land phone (the tech will help you reset the lebara sim card)..once you are back on with lebara switch back to dual sim.........

Change of the SIM Places that you inserted !
Insert your working SIM1 to phone SIM2 SLOT Insert your not working SIM2 to phone SIM1 SLOT

Solution :

• If your SIM2 that you inserted into SIM1 SLOT remain not working !

1. Your sim card is defected or Phone does not support this sim card!

• If your SIM1 that you inserted into SIM2 SLOT is not working

1. There is a problem with phone's SIM2 SLOT

I have a rocada xphone (gold) and it has two sim slots but you can go to the settings app and select to use only one sim. I only use one because i am with t mobile. I had to call t mobile so they could send me the t mobile settings and they sent it in a text message. Now i have the internet and can send and recieve pic msg.

1. press settings on your phone
2. dual sim settings
3. only sim1 open (make sure that is the one you put your sim inside because it has two slots and they say sim1 and sim2)

so when you go back to the main screen at the top there should be an X by the 2. and it will say sim2 closed on the main screen.

get both sim option (switched on) from the way of main menu settings.
and restart your mobile phone.
and use both sim"s(sim1 and sim2).
