2001 Town and Country has only high speed fan both front and back fans. Connector to fan has 12v only on one of the 6 leads. Grounding the lead with the 12v on it turns fan on high speed. Where is controller for this? Also driver side temp control does not affect cabin temp on that side it only blows hot air. Passenger side cools and heats normally. Related Problems?

Fuse box diagram (location and assignment of electrical fuses and relays) for Chrysler Town & Country (Voyager) (2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007).
no high speed ? fan motor relay, no slower speeds resister pack.or faulty fan switch.
Check motor with jumper lead from battery, but unplug power lead to motor first. check grounding wire to motor. if motor dont run replace!
Have you replaced the blower motor resistor? It's located behind the passenger-side in-dash glove box. That's what allows you to control the fan speed.
It sounds like your fan motor is either bad or not connected to the power source due to a bad switch, or bad or disconncted wire(s.) This will require you to remove certain components of the dashboard. The center part of your dash will "pop out" if you pry under the edges very carefully. After it comes off, you will be able to access the fan motor switch. You can put a test light on the (+) positive lead to the switch to find out if power is getting to it. Also you can bring a lead wire to the fan MOTOR to see if it runs when powered. IF there is power to the motor and it still doersn't run, replace it. If it runs, replace the switch in the dash.
There should be a resistor pack that the wires are going to. This is your culprit. If it only works on high, replace the fan speed controller/resistor. The blower motor is behind the glove box. BE SURE TO REMOVE THE NEGATIVE SIDE OF THE BATTERY FIRST(AIR BAG EQUIPED!). There will be the controller in the ducting nearest the fan.
Easy there is a set of of resistors that make speed selector work when they burn out they fuse together and lock in the full speed ( high) position this is for safety. you got to have defrost to see right. anyway they are located near the fan usually under the passenger side dash jsut replace the resistors. you'l be fine
If you are talking about the cooling fan relay for the radiator there is no low speed and high speed relay. There is only one relay and it is behind the grill revitted to the bumper rail. It is doesnt look like you typical relay.
