Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Need to learn how to send photos from my cell phone

If you have just taken a photo and still have the little thumbnail (usually in the upper left corner), tap the thumbnail, and the photo will open. You should see a little sideways Y looking icon at the top of the screen. If you don't, touch the photo, and you should see it. This is the Share icon. Touch it. You will be given a list of several ways to share, such as Facebook, email, Messaging. Choose Messaging, assuming you want to send it to someone's phone. Enter their mobile number or name if it is in your contacts. You can add some text to go with the photo. Touch Send. Sometimes this is a little icon that looks like a right pointing arrow or little pointy paper airplane. If you want to send a photo you have already taken, go to Gallery, on a Samsung Android phone this will probably be what looks like a yellow flower. When you find the photo, touch it, and the process will be the same from there.

Blackberry will not send pics as mms

The BlackBerry device user is unable to send photos taken with the BlackBerry device camera in Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS) messages, because the photos taken by the BlackBerry device camera may be too large to send in MMS messages.
Reduce the size or quality of the photo and resend.
To access the size and quality options for the BlackBerry device camera, complete the following steps:
  1. Open the Camera application.
  2. Click the menu button.
  3. Select Options.
  4. Change the Picture Size and Picture Quality settings as required.
  5. Click the menu button and select Save.
And try to send the photo in an email message instead of in an MMS message.
