There must be a key called "fn" in your keyboard. Hold on it and press the square indicated key in the f-keys at the top. You have shrunk the screen size. This must reset it.

I already back up all my files now i cant restore my dell e1705 laptop to factory set up

There are two ways to do this: with a CD or with the recovery partition. If your laptop didn't come with an OS install CD, then it has a recovery partition on the hard drive. Once you figure out which option you need to use, it's just a matter of following the directions in the on-screen prompts.

I want to view pictures on my Dell E1705

there should be a flash card slot on your dell but if you see it's to big you need an adapter. But you can connect it with a USB cable to your camera. Then you should be able to view your pictures. : )

Loss of light on screen Dell Inspiron E1705

Hmm, this could be a problem with the backlight inverter or something as simple as power settings.

In power settings from control panel there should be an option to alter the brightness lever of the screen when on battery.

Have a look in there and set it to default to see if it makes any difference.

Let me know if you need any more help.

Nick

You can also pick up the batteries less expensive than most computer places at batteries plus. And yes it sounds as though it is the batteries charge is getting low, especially if it runs fine when the battery is out and you have it plugged in.
