Question about Computers & Internet
This happens a lot.
Sometimes your profile / account has been hacked and the password changed, but mostly, this is the site itself.
They deliberately change your password and claim you were hacked.
They do this because they want information from you.......information that they have NO legal right to ask for.
Usually it is your phone number........
Never give them your phone number.
When you try to sign in, click on the " Forgot my password"
The site will send a message to your relevant in box, or to your nominated back up In box.
This message will allow you to change your password......good luck.
