There are several ways to open images in Photoshop. Try any of these:

  1. File>Open (browse for and select file)
  2. File>Place
  3. Drag and drop image onto Photoshop application icon
  4. Drag and drop image onto Photoshop's control bar

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

How to get pictures off 3.0 without a code?

If your images are saved as psd, jpg, etc. you should be able to open with any version of Photoshop. images are not dedicated ot a version, they are just pixel based files. Check the file extensions and if they are psd, jpg, etc. you should be able to either drag on top of the Photoshop Icon or open from Photoshop when the program is running. If you have your preferences set to open these types of images with only Photoshop 3 then change the Application to the new version.

Photoshop automate-batch rename

I think Photoshop renamed all pictures using the wrong extension. If you can open images with Windows Fax Viewer, they should work in Photoshop too. Check the extension of the photos, they should be JPEG with a .jpg extension. If not, try to rename them using the .jpg at end of the file name. I would be very surprised if Photoshop cannot recognize photos that Windows can. Tell me if this works because ther is another way but I need to know what extension it is currently.
