I would add a little choke while trying to accelrate, if that works, then something in the carb if blocked usually..

My ryobi rpt 3000 dies when I push the throttle down?

Possibly a fueling issue. When you operate the throttle, you basically open up a butterfly on the carb which allows more air to enter the carb. This in turn pulls more fuel through the carb to even out the fuel air mix and maintain acceleration. It sounds like your engine isn't getting enough fuel drawn through for the amount of air the engine is getting.
Check you fuel filter, fuel lines.
Clean your carb and replace any fatigued diaphragms.

My 2012 Chevy Malibu lt 2.4 will not accelerate could it be transmission

No, most newer models have issues with the accelerator pedal and throttle body correlation switch assembly. Most need both switches replaced. One controls the intake and the other controls when you are depressing the pedal. Double check recalls, a lot of cars are getting recalled for some safety concerns involving acceleration. I hope that is what you meant by not accelerating. Does the engine rev up when you depress the gas pedal? Is the problem only when you have it in gear?

In running when depress accelerator pedal, engine turn off.also rapid acceleration is not possible

If this is a newer car with fly by wire throttle, any misinformation between gas pedal and TPS can cause these issues.

No response from accelerator pedal

Have someone depress the accelerator pedal and observe under the hood if the other end of the cable is moving the throttle at the throttle body. Could be simple like a broken cable.

Engine reeves up to 3000 when clutch is depressed in then goes back down to normal when released.

This is caused by too much air entering the fuel system causing the computer to over fuel the engine. This can be caused by an idle air control valve or a vacuum leak in any of the vacuum lines. Another cause could be a faulty throttle position sensor or a build up on the throttle plates not allowing them to close completely when the accelerator is released. First try running some good fuel sysytem cleaner through the gas tank. If that doesn't help then have a diagnostic scan done at an auto parts chain store that will do it for free and see if it brings up any codes.

When my 1999 Chevy Suburban is cold, I start it up and when the accelerator is depressed, the engine bogs down, and it back fires and stalls. When driving, I have to let off the accelerator and depress it...

Possibly the throttle position sensor. Easiest way to test is connect a scanner and go to real time data mode. With the key on,press the accelerator slowly and watch the throttle position change on the scanner. If it doesn't register a change when you start opening the throttle, replace the sensor.
