Hi. This might sound like a really silly question but have you checked if the program control dial has been turned to "Z" which is the feature on most machines to empty the drum of water and not do anything else?
I came across this problem with a friend when one of the children was playing with the program knob!.

Hi, does this happen with the water selector switch set at high level, or any level....maybe the screens are blocked in the solenoids , from trash from water. The only way I know to test the solenoid, is to apply 115 volts to the connectors of the solenoid, leave all the hoses hooked up, water hose's, make a cord with connectors that fit the solinoid, and plug it into your power otlet and see if the water comes in, if so its in the machine, like the timer, or water level sensor.
