Usually if your unit does not start, the high pressure switch has failed to return to normal position, this can be caused buy poorly constructed switch housing or faulty micro switch.you will need to take it out of its casing and locate the plastic housing that has two wires inside. inspect this for functionality repair or replace and test unit before re-assembling CAUTION avoid touching any wires that may be live when testing!

No power to my 1210 MK2s

HI,

Open the turntable. It sounds like the on/off switch is bad. Remove the platter and screws with a phillips screw driver and just make sure the connections are in place. make sure you disconnect the power first.

No power or pressure when switched on

as per your manual the pressure washer should only be used for a maximum number of minutes to keep from overloading the motor and causing it to seize. There should be a "RESET" switch or button due to a protection circuit built in to keep from damaging the unit. Please refer to manual for location of reset switch/button

check the washer line it maybe blocked. un plug the pipe from the water pump and blow down it if nothing take the jets off and try again on jet at a time. if pipe is fine then check the jets using a needle pock the holes with a needle and blow out keep doing this until you can blow the same way the water comes out. also on the line there is a one way valve this can block up so that may need changing.

Water backing up and coming out of pipe when emptying

when you say pipe i believe your refering to drain that washer drain hose fits into?
if that is the case their is nothing wrong with the machine yet the drain pipe is clogged or othewise restricted and needs liquid plumber or a snake to run throught it to clear blockage

I've a vw passat 1999 1.8 tdi - interior fan does not blow air?

It will be either the fan, the relay or the fan switch. You probably dont have a fuse for the fan. best course of action is to check the fan while it should be running for 12V using a volt or multi meter. if 12v is present then replace the motor, if not, check/replace the relay or fan switch

Pass. front window won't move.

Mike,
I would check the power first to the motor.
IF the power to the motor is good. Then safe to say the motor/ regulator assembly should be changed.

Indesit di67 dishwasher

Did you check the float switch? it is bottom of the dishwasher ( may be under the dish washer Bosch / Danby .. it should move freely up and down.. make sure that there is not something under it .. Also to much soap can stick the the float in the up position. if it moves freely test it. unplug the dishwasher or shut off the power at the breaker. Check for continuity with the terminals removed...if you don't have it you have a bad switch...let me know if it helps
