Hi guys, after emptying the waste toner, air cleaning, refilling and changing the chip, I still get a k toner low error message in my display. I do not have this trouble with the colors. Any ideas? many franks Dr. Stu
Try powering the unit off and on. The toner indicator does not always reset immediately in my experience

Replace Toner with gen cartridge.
Or Take cartridge back as faulty after checking that it was opened and installed correctly.
Check display on printer for indications that maybe it needs one of the 3 colour toners indicators are Y,C or M
K is black
