Question about LG LSC121PMA Split System Air Conditioner
My Split was installed such that the copper run between the indoor and outdoor has a number of turns although it is not necessary. Is it OK or not?My Room gets hot as soon as compressor goes off snd I cannot feel the chill effect of cooling Why?
Sounds like you have poor insulation in that room or the unit is undersized for the room it is cooling. It should not get hot quickly is there is good insulation and is big enough to do the job. Since you do not mention the age of your home/room or the size of the room, I can't be more specific. The number of turns may or may not be an issue. Depends of which of the lines are taking all the turns. Are the lines insulated? If they are overly long this could take longer to cool down but not much else if the system in full of Freon. If you do not feel cold air coming out of the unit at all and the compressor is running then check the air filter. If it is the littlest bit dirty and the unit is undersized for the room then any restriction would make it even more ineffective.

SOURCE: LG split (3 indoor) LMU360CE
The LED #2 is only flashing while in disconnection or short in Thermistor (3 sec off / 0.5 sec on). If you want to change it, note: this is not an easy job to do! You will need to remove the top panel, then remove the control paneland then the front panel to gain access to the thermistor. The part isnot available to the public and requires an authorized service techfrom LG to take care of this problem. You will need a special tool toremove the front door seal spring clamp.
But you can call customer service @ 800 243 000 and see if theycan transfer you over to parts. Just give them the model and serial #and see if they would be willing to sell you the thermistor part. Youwill also need the door seal spring clamp removal tool to make the jobeasier.

Sounds like the compressor is shuting down on high heat. There could be a couple reasons for this.
1 Check that proper voltage is being supplied to compressor.
2 Freon level may be low. This would be a service call.
3 Bad or intermitent connection at thermostat.
4 Main contacts to compressor sticking, usually burnt or pitted.

Probably overheating. Check the outdoor coil and see if it is stopped up with dust, grass etc. If so, disconnect power to the unit, and clean the condenser coil with water or air. Be careful not to bend the fins if you use a water sprayer.
