I need to download a new game but i dont know how to

Blu-rays utilise a blue laser within the drive and DVDs use a red laser.
Sounds like the blu-ray/games reading blue laser has died and it'll need replacing.

Red Ring of Death.

Try restarting your 360 a couple times using various methods (eg. unplugging wires, turning it off manually/with controller, etc.).
If that doesn't work, you'll have to send it to get fixed. If your 360 still has a warranty it's free, otherwise it's about $100.

does ur AR come up with crazy red and blue line when u try 2 add a new code??

my sharp tv was like that to but our tv color was blue with also gray horizontal lines i did cheack all d caps resis... etc dont know what to do LoL.

I hate to break it to you, but you may have gotten the Red Ring Of Death. It happens when playing a game and it is transmitted through online play through Xbox Live. 3 red lights will appear around the power button when your console has become infected. The Red Ring of Death may have infected your console causing it to shut down. Most Xbox 360 consoles won't turn back on but some do turn back on but they just won't play games, they will freeze up and have the dotted lines and make the buzzing noise. I'm sorry, but I think you may need a new console. You're in luck if it's still under warranty. Hope this helps!!!!

First turn your DS off.
While the DS is off, press A and B at the same time. While still holding, turn the DS on. Then when the Nintendo DS logo appears, press Start and Select at the same time, aswell as A and B. Hold those 4 buttons down for about 20-30 seconds. Then while STILL holding down those 4 buttons, turn the DS off. Turn it back on with no buttons pushed.

it sounds like you may be having problems with the cable that connects to the tv, have you tried a new/different cable?

The AR should come pre-loaded with codes for most games. If you followed the directions carefully and there are no codes for your game I suggest following the AR update instructions in the booklet to reset and download the most up to date codelists for your games.

heres what u do :D You hold A+B+START+SEL With action replay in then you turn it on while holding Those buttons then when Action replay main screen comes up Release the buttons and then type ID in then it should work
