Hi Ekse, I would be happy if you emailed me the manual for i1035 where I could increase the font
size and be able to read it. I won't be long and I'll get used to the fonts on the camera.
    Regards Allen

Font too small on your digital camera? I don't know if that can even be adjusted at all, but do send me the brand and model and I will see if it is possible to adjust the font

Please use the add a comment link / button, do not press on the accept solution button as I will not be able to respond anymore if the solution is accepted.

    Here is the user manual

Best to right click on the link above, select save as, save it to your desktop so you can find it easily, double click on the file ones downloaded to open.

You will need a pdf reader to open the file, if you don't have one or you can't open the document get one from here:

You can try adjusting the backlight to brighter, that might help you to read the screen.
But As I suspected and said on the first message, it does not seem to be possible to change the font size.

I bought a vase at the goodwill. It really caught my eye. I have been told, I do have an "eye" for the antiques. This vase has an insignia on the bottom, 1898 with China Company in very small letterin

Can you distinguish the insignia or lettering with a magnifying glass? 1898 might be the "mold" number. I do have a book about antique porcelain that provides more info (value and place of production) about certain pieces if you could decipher the manufacturer...

How do I increase my font size in everything. To keep parmently

There is no system font size adjustment per say, But you can change the "resolution" of the screen to make everything on the screen bigger. Go into your Applications folder>System Preferences>Display>and there click on the tab named "Display">click on the button "Scaled". You now have a list of availble screen resolutions for your display, and can select a "lower" resolution down the list to enlarge your screen images.

Why are my fonts so tiny on Facebook?

You may find that the default font size for your Facebook home page is too small.
There is not a way to adjust the font size of your home page through Facebook, but you can use the zoom function on your Internet browser.
This process only takes a simple keyboard shortcut and is compatible with several Internet browsers, including Firefox, Safari and Internet Explorer.

Enter your Facebook log-in information and click the "Login" button.
Hold down the Ctrl key and press the "+" key. Press the "+" key several times, until your Facebook home page font is at a size that is to your liking.

My grandmother... bless her socks, has poor eye sight and is slightly deaf. On some occasions she has mistaken the TV Remote Control for the mobile and has started to panic believing that the TV has gone on the blink while trying to call my mother.

After rolling on the floor in fits of laughter my mother decided to purchase one of these phones thinking that it would suit her needs. However the user manual is that small and the font quality that poor, even I had trouble reading the instructions... (Wearing my glasses and having a 2x magnifying glass on standby).

So I decided to use the OCR function on my scanner to enlarge the instructions for her... surprise, surprise even my scanner had trouble reading the font. Based on what was scanned I've recreated the instructions for her and decided to share them with the community.

Now just a little note before you download these instructions... I have attempted to copy the original user manual exactly, including the bad grammar and the over use of punctuation and therefore I'm not responsible for the poor use of English. I did however correct some of the spelling mistakes.

Enjoy hope they help.

I just bought a small inexpensive watch at Wal-mart and the instuctions are more tiny than any eye chart. Do you have any instructions for no name watches.

mcdevito75 here, You"ll need a magnifier glass, available at any Dollar store, even with instructions online if found lettering could be too small, and with a no name watch, most likely impossible. Use a magnifier glass.

Fonts and sizes are typically controlled by the application you are using. Are you sure you are increasing the font size? I've had some users confused by the zoom feature which is more like a magnifying lens. It just makes thing larger for viewing purposes and does not affect the print size. To change the actual font size of a document already created you would first highlight the text in the document. In Word (other applications are similar) you would then select Format from the main menu bar, then select Font. In the next box that appears you would click on the Font tab, and then in the Size field select a larger font size. After that click on OK and you should see your font size change. Let us know if that was your problem or not.
