Not heating, not drying and top selector will not move

The water is not heating therefore you can leave the same dishes in 6 times (if you want) and they are still greasy. Dishes are very wet and spoty with a film on them. The top where you select the cycle that you want won't move. This machine is only two years old. When we first got the machine there was a piece to the silverware container that was missing. It took four months for it to come. We are seriously considering our losses and going back to Sears.
