How can I maintain my skin young forever?

The best way to protect your skin and to keep it young will be to try organic products for your skin!. In most cases, the products you often use to give your skin protection may actually be doing more harm than good. This is because many synthetic creams, ointments, face washes and moisturizers contain concentrated chemicals that might or might not agree with your skin. Side effects and allergic reactions are very common whilst using these products. For maintaining my skin young, I always prefer using good quality Organic Skin Care products. Organic products are always good for your health and are sure not to damage it as well!.

By following these few, easy steps you will be able to keep your skin healthy and beautiful for many years to come.

1. Make sure to protect your skin from the sun. Sun exposure ages and wrinkles the skin and increases the risk of skin cancer.
Use sunscreen. Apply 15 minutes before you leave the house.

2. Smoking, too, ages and wrinkles the skin by narrowing the blood vessels, therefore decreasing blood flow, which deplates the skin of oxygen and nutrients that are essential to skin health. So don't smoke!

3. Be gentle with your skin. Everyday cleansing and shaving can damage it. Therefore you should:
- Limit bath time. Long baths and showers remove oils from the skin. Also it's better to use warm rather than hot water.
- Avoid strong soaps. Better to use a mild cleanser.
- Shave carefully. Lubricate your skin before shaving, with shaving cream, lotion or gel. Use clean, sharp razors. And especially, shave in the direction your hair grows, not against it.
- Moisturize your skin. Use moisturizers when the skin is dry, preferably containing SPF.

4. Eat healthily. Lots of fruits and vegetables, whole grains and lean proteins help you feel and look your best.

5. Live a clean and healthy routine. Change the bed sheets and wash your towel often, to avoid rolling in and brushing with germs and bacteria. Set up a routine to cleanse your face before going to bed.

I would check with one of the cosmetic people at the big stores with all the counters and 9000 products to keep you younger. listen to the basic steps and then choose what products you think will fill the bill.
My girlfriend swears by pears soap and water, she is 66 and has great skin.

Mandarin tree been bearing fruit 4--5-years --this year only dirty brown skins on about 80% of fruit-have you any ideas as to what it may be ?

It is caused by a fungus, you need to start treatment before the fruit starts to grow, it will need to be sprayed over a period of about one month at least 4 times, no guarantee though.

No not if they are organic. Much of the goodness lies just below or in the skin. Much non organic fruit and veg though is chemically sprayed so better to remove those.

Good morning this is Lora tonna ,i am on diet and what bothers me now is my neck seams to lost elasticity is there anything i can do thanksi am 54 years old

Hello Dear Lona Tonna

First of all want to say that as age progresses the body stops producing new cells or new skin and in female usually deformation of bones and degenertaion of skin starts at the age of 35, only if yu start caring about your skin at the age of 20.
As you mentioned that your neck losses its elasticity, is due to your dieting at the age when your body itself stops generating new skin, it totally depands on what you eat and what nutritient you provide superficially.

So, according to your concern, as you are on diet, please take enugh fruits that helps your skin to nourish internally ao that it dont lose its elasticity and prevent you from wrinkles that will appear as fast as they can before your diet.
To tell you the truth if you stop dieting and only depand on fruits you would feel yourself that you cut your weight and your skin glows......
