SOURCE: No hot water after move for washing machine

Check to make sure the hot and cold water tap is turned on at the back of the washing machine, if there both on and working the water inlet valve could be defective.

SOURCE: Candy GO1482 washing machine blows house fuse

This sounds like an electrical fault within your Candy washing machine.

Have you tried plugging your coffee machine, dishwasher or toaster into the SAME POWER SOCKET?
If so, does this still trip out the mains/house fuse?
If it does, it sounds like there is a fault in your house wiring.

If these "high power" devices/appliances do not cause the same problem, then you may have an Earth Leakage fault on your washing machine or something else inside it has short-circuited and will need servicing right away!

SOURCE: miele W1712 washing machine drain fault

Just had the same problem, after Much patience and persistence I found the blockage at the y piece that joins the pump to the outlet hose air trap towards the top of the machine LHS with the top and cover off.

It was clogged solid therefore no back pressure on the top little ball valve (between the air trap and the outlet) therefore no seal therefore norain therefore a drain-fault that persists regardless of a cleaned pump filter.

Does W1712 have an internal fuse? My machine has lost power despite the outlet being functional...

Hi dear,
Your machine does not have a replaceable fuse. If you are in AUS P/N:7790772 - Power-/Control unit EDPL 200-KD220-240Vse. I can advise to check part number with Miele, providing your machines serial number. I hope that helps. Thanks.

Miele W1712 honeycomb care front loader the door will not unlock after cycle has finished, it has been 24 hrs

Try unplugging the washer's electrical connection, wait for about 20 seconds then plug back in. See if that resets your cycle to Start mode from an unfinished mode. If not, see if you start another cycle, such as a spin to complete any draining of water. It might have blockage that is keeping the water from draining thus thinking the cycle is not over - or- a bad sensor not telling the computer that the cycle is over and it's OK to release the door lock.

Hi there, I've just moved house, I tried to use my MW511 fisher and paykel washing machine. I plugged it in turned it on, it started to work as per usual. A few mins later it stopped. No lights are showing...

Hi Melissa,
Many things could have happened prior to your current problem. You moved house, how was your machine moved? How did you test to prove the wall plug is working? NO LIGHTS mean power is not flowing to your machine. I suggest you consider a proper check and service rather than trying anything on your own, unless someone is willing to provide a full specs on diognastics.
