The email address of the sender when you are sending directly from the hp machine?

I will need to know the brand and model, and if that isn't the problem then can you clarify.

Thanks, please use tha add a comment button / link as if you accept the solution i will no longer be able to respond to you.

It does like my email address?what do I do?

Have you received a spam email that appears to have you as the sender?

There can be a number of reasons.

It is your turn to be the spoofed sender. They have your email address. They pretend that you have sent it, but you didn't, they spoofed the mail server to look as though it was you.

Your mail account has been hacked. The clue to that is if the recipients of the email are all people in your address book.

I had one the other day which displayed my name as sender, but the email address under it was not mine. I reckon that came from someone that knows me and has my name and email address in their contacts.

Bounced email

In computer jargon, a bounced e-mail is one that never arrives in the recipient's inbox and is sent back, or bounced back, to the sender with an error message that indicates to the sender that the e-mail was never successfully transmitted. But what happens when someone sends an e-mail out into cyberspace, and why do e-mails sometimes bounce back?
When a user attempts to send an e-mail, he is telling his e-mail system to look for the domain of the recipient (for example, webopedia.com) and the domain's mail server. Once the e-mail system makes contact with the recipient's mail server, the mail server looks at the message to determine if it will let the message pass through the server. If the recipient's server has predetermined that it is not accepting e-mails from the sender's address (for example, if it has blocked the address for anti-spamming purposes), the server will reject the message and it will subsequently bounce back to the sender. The message will also bounce back to the server if the mail server on the recipient's end is busy and cannot handle the request at that time. When an e-mail is returned to the sender without being accepted by the recipient's mail server, this is called a hard bounce.

I HAVE TRIED IN VAIN TO UNSUBSCRIBE FROM MERCADOJOBS' JOB ALERTS

What email client are you using? Most online e-mail (Yahoo mail, Gmail, etc.) have a spam filter that you can declare and any future sends from that source will be sent to the garbage. In Outlook, go to Actions\Junk Email\Block\Add Sender To Blocked Sender List.
Now all email from that sender will be blocked. Outlook Express should work in the same way, but I am not sure since I do not use it. As far as removing your email address from the sender, you will have to figure it out, I can't help you with that.

A friend Arranged to receive her mail when she stayed with me in february. I am still getting notification of all her mail . How can I get rid of this?

This will be a multi-step process.

#1 - Insure that your friend submits a "Change of Address" Form. This will reroute most of her mail automatically.

#2 - If you have a residential address with a mailbox, affixing a small card to the interior of the box listing the current residents will help the mail carrier to determine whether mail addressed to someone else should be delivered.

3 - #If mail continues to arrive, you can simple write "Return to Sender: Recipient No Longer At Address". This will help businesses to correct or update their records.

I have a problem not to receive messages?

The best thing to do first is check with the sender to make sure that they actually sent the message.
If they have sent it, here's a list of conditions that will stop that email from getting through to you. If any of them describes your situation, you'll find instructions on how to resolve the issue just below. Hopefully, one of these will do the trick!
Incorrectly typed email address
Is the sender using your correct email address? Just one mistyped letter will cause an email to go to the wrong address or make it undeliverable. Ask them to double-check that they entered your address correctly.
Sender's email not functioning properly
Can this sender successfully send messages to other people? The problem could be on their end, with sending. Ask them to check.
Inbox needs refreshing ( Yahoo! Mail Classic)
New email often arrives while you're writing or reading another email. The all-new Yahoo! Mail updates your Inbox for you, so if you use it, you'll always see new mail when it arrives. But in Yahoo! Mail Classic, you won't see this new mail in your Inbox until you Refresh or Reload the page, or return to the Welcome Screen, or click Check Mail.
Note: Yahoo! Messenger shows an alert each time a new email arrives.
One of your filters could be directing the email into a folder
If you've set up filters, the message from this sender might be going directly to a different folder from your Inbox. Here's how to check your filters:
 • Click Options in the upper-right, and select More Options.
 • Click Filters.
 • See anything that might be capturing the mail you've been looking for?
 • Note: Messages in Trash can be deleted at any time. Once messages are deleted, they're gone forever, and can't be retrieved.
You're forwarding your mail to another email address
If you're forwarding your mail, it's going to another email address. Here's how to check:
 • Click Options in the upper-right corner of the page, and select More Options.
 • Under "Management", click POP Access & Forwarding.
 • Is the lower half of the page (Forwarding) selected? If so-and if you would like to discontinue it:
 • Click the radio button for "Web and POP Access" at the top of the page.
 • Click Save.
You're blocking this user
The sender's address might be on your Blocked Addresses list. Mail from blocked senders doesn't arrive or bounce-it's simply discarded. Here's how to check your Blocked Addresses list:
 • Click Options in the upper-right corner of the page and select More Options.
 • Under "Spam", click Block Addresses.
 • Scan the list for the address of the sender. If you see it, click it, then click Remove Block.
There's a delay in delivery
Messages are usually delivered within a few minutes. Very rarely, they are delayed while in transit. This is usually due to problems on the sender's mail server, heavy Internet traffic, or routing problems. Unfortunately, aside from waiting, there's no way to know whether a message has been delayed or whether it has been rendered undeliverable. If a sender can re-send it, have them do that.
No matter what the cause, the best solution is to ask the sender to re-send the message.

How to change my mail sender i have windows mail in i want gmail because work better in my laptop

You can sign up to Gmail anytime, but you won't be able to keep your existing e-mail address.
You can always create an account in Gmail, establish your new e-mail address, and then go to your current mail provider and ask for automatic forward of all your incoming messages to your new address.
