This is regarding my Rinnai gas heater Model 1260 S.When On button is pressed, it burns and glows the plate but when released , Gas stopped and it turns off.

problem is proberly the thermocouple burnt out .FSD
(fail safe device) normally you push the button in and the pilot light or flame is ignited, this flame heats the thermocouple that generates a small voltage that holds the gas valve open.
if the thermocouple is burnt out or not set correctly in the flame or the pilot flame is to small , as you say when you release the button it goes out, looks like you need a new thermocouple.

Three section gas heater lights with ignition but when you release to turn knob up it goes out was working fine last week

Try holding it longer before releasing the button and if that does not work, the thermocouple is probably bad.

We have Brazilian f5 that ignites the flame but when we release the knob it goes out

Either the thermocouple has failed or it is not heated up enough to keep gas flow going when you release the button. Also could be contaminated fuel. try holding the button for about ten seconds longer, If it still goes out when released, Either the fuel isn't burning hot enough or the thermocoulpe is failing.

Tire pressure indicator light stays on even when tires are inflated properly

Try this procedure:

On the lower left side of the dash and just to the right of the hood release lever is the reset button.

1. Set all of the tire pressures to the correct pressure including the spare tire because it is also being monitored. The tire pressure light will come on if any one of the tires get below 29 psi, including the spare tire.

2. Turn the ignition to the "On", but don't start the truck.

3. If the light is flashing, then press and hold the button until the light goes out and then release the button.

4. Once the light is out, or if it was out already, press and hold the button until the light blinks 3 times, then release the button.

5. Drive the vehicle over 20 miles per hour for around ten to twenty miles for the vehicle tire pressure management system to relearn and complete the reset procedure.
