In my psr 323 keyboard 4th octave C# to F keys are not working. please tell me the solution

I believe you have broken the connection between that section of keys and the electronics. If you are unfamiliar with electronics, you are better off to take it to a repair shop. You can c ause more damage by poking around inside it.

One white key does not work

Without knowing the model or make of the electronic instrument I would suggest that there is contamination between the key and circuit board beneath. Alternately if it is a traditional piano there could be a problem with the hammer mechanism.

How do I clean the keys that are a combination of dust & grease

Hi, I buy sell and repair electronic keyboards, unless the problem is really bad then try this:-
Remove as much dirt and dust as possible DRY. Use a vacuum cleaner and a clean paint brush with long soft bristles. Turning the keyboard upside down helps, work round each key, work from the back to the front of the key.
Assuming the keys are plastic.
You can use foam cleaner and sometimes isopropanol (a synthetic alcohol, used for cleaning in electronics) when needed, but Mr Muscle Kitchen is just as effective. There are other usable cleaners the important thing is they DO NOT contain lime scale remover OR bleach.
Spray the cleaner onto a "J" cloth and wipe the keys. Also upside down if possible. It is surprising how grubby the keys can get and some deposits can be removed with label remover. Use this on the cloth sparingly and rub gently.
Label remover is available from CPC, search CPC Farnell.

What can I do? the E & E flat keys work sometimes. Also when the E flat does play, this key is louder than the rest. Thanks! in advance

The key contacts are dirty. There are two per key which is to measure the velocity. That is why the loudness varies because that key is firing quicker.

Disassemble and clean the contacts. They are conductive rubber.

Use ONLY 99% isoprophyl alcohol and Q tips to clean each rubber "pill" and the circuit board traces they contact.

Be careful of the ribbon cables when disassembling.

Yamaha Electronic Piano- certain notes malfunctioning

Either the first or second closure matrix line for the "A" keys is bad.

This may be a cracked or shorted circuit board.

A bank of diodes is used to prevent sneak electrical path if more than one octave has notes pressed.

First thing is to clean ALL the key contact areas and the conductive rubber pills with 99% isoprophyl alcohol.

This involves dis-assembly of the key area. If you are not competent in electronics, best left to a pro shop.

The keys are scanned in a matrix, two contacts per key and all the individual notes are in common (all the "A;s", "B's"...) And each octave is strobed for the first set of contacts and then for the second set of contacts. an the whole octave is read in parallel.

The reason for two contacts is one closes first and then the other as a key is lowered. The time between these is measured and is the note VELOCITY which for a piano controls the loadness of the note. IF ONE of the two fail, the loudness will vary as yours does.

7,4,1 keys in keyboard are not working also the DEL key not working

Turn the keyboard off, unplug it, take out the batteries. MAKE SURE YOU DO THIS STEP BEFORE PROCEEDING! Remove the metal plate under the octave you are having trouble with. Get a can of compressed air, and GENTLY use it to blow out the strike pads (the part of the white key that hits the computer board) Reassemble and power it on.

Casio Ctk 496 Electronic Keyboard with 61 Keys, drivers needed

Try uninstalling and reinstalling both the keyboard and the game. If that doesn't work then the keyboard may not be compatible with the software.
