My Acer computer screen showed a frozen mouse. Next the screen turned white and then black. HELP!

If the mouse is newly installed may be theres a problem in the port drive of your acer computer or one of its components been corrupted. So as your monitor doesn't work since display components and its, drive have been missing. YOu have an acer CD, try to repair or perhaps it needs to reformat your Acer computer.
