I have read the manual and it looks like the problem can be fixed by using a paper clip or something about the same size and resetting to the factory defaults. Then go through the setup again and that should clear it up. Also to facilitate remote viewing and control from outside the local network it would be a good idea to go into the router configuration for your home network and assignee a fixed IP address to the camera and then forward the ports needed by the camera to the new fixed IP. The procedure for configuring your router will vary by manufacturer so consult the manuals. Or send a new request with a model number and I will try and help. 1.force the global DNS. ( start - run - ncpl.cpl - right click on LAN- propertys - double click on internet protocol TCP/IP ,if its vista IPV4 - put a check mark in use the following dns, enter alternate dns as 4.2.2.1 and prefered DNS as 4.2.2.2 . )
2. perform browser reset by TOOLS- internet options - advanced - reset.
3.TOOLS- internet options - connections - lansettings - uncheck all the options.
4.uninstall norton if you have.

This seems to be an access/permissions issue, and various Windows updates seem to trigger different defaults, even if you've changed this before.

Open Explore (right click on Start)
Go to C:/Windows/Temp folder

Right click on the Temp Folder.
Choose PROPERTIES.
Choose the SECURITY tab.
Choose the EDIT button.

Make sure you have full permission (allow) for your user name.
If you are the only one using your computer, you can give full allow access for each profile listed.

Click on the APPLY button, SAVE it.
Restart your browser.
It should fix the problem.

A 404 error is an HTTP status code that means that the page you were trying to reach on a website couldn't be found on their server.
Technically, an Error 404 is a client-side error, implying that the error is your mistake, either because you typed the URL in wrong or the page has been moved or removed from the website and you should have known. Another possibility is if a website has moved a page or resource but did so without redirecting the old URL to the new one. When that happens, you'll receive a 404 error instead of being automatically routed to the new page.

Can't access my e-mail. get 404 not found message. required url/neo/launch not found on this server.


The 404 or Not Found error message is a HTTP standard response code indicating that the client was able to communicate with the server, but the server could not find what was requested. A 404 error should not be confused with "server not found" or similar errors, in which a connection to the destination server could not be made at all. A 404 error indicates that the requested resource may be available again in the future.

he 301 response from your Web server should always include an alternative URL to which redirection should occur. If it does, a Web browser will immediately retry the alternative URL. So you never actually see a 301 error in a Web browser, unless perhaps you have a corrupt redirection chain e.g. URL A redirects to URL B which in turn redirects back to URL A. If your client is not a Web browser, it should behave in the same way as a Web browser i.e. immediately retry the alternative URL. If the Web server does not return an alternative URL with the 301 response, then either the Web server sofware itself is defective or your Webmaster has not set up the URL redirection correctly.

I have application error 302


Introduction
Your Web server thinks that your URL has been temporarily redirected to another URL. The client system is expected to immediately retry the alternate URL.
302 errors in the HTTP cycle
Any client (e.g. your Web browser or our CheckUpDown robot) goes through the following cycle when it communicates with your Web server:
  • Obtain an IP address from the IP name of your site (your site URL without the leading 'http://'). This lookup (conversion of IP name to IP address) is provided by domain name servers (DNSs).
  • Open an IP socket connection to that IP address.
  • Write an HTTP data stream through that socket.
  • Receive an HTTP data stream back from your Web server in response. This data stream contains status codes whose values are determined by the HTTP protocol. Parse this data stream for status codes and other useful information.
This error occurs in the final step above when the client receives an HTTP status code that it recognises as '302'.
Resolving 302 errors - general
The 302 response from your Web server should always include an alternative URL to which redirection should occur. If it does, a Web browser will immediately retry the alternative URL. So you never actually see a 302 error in a Web browser, unless perhaps you have a corrupt redirection chain e.g. URL A redirects to URL B which in turn redirects back to URL A. This is generally a server problem on their end, and not a problem on your end or with your computer. Give it a couple days and they should have it cleared up.
