How do I keep boiled eggs from sticking to the shell??

Start with cold water with the eggs. Do not add eggs after water is boiling. Also helps reduce the size of the air pocket.

How to cook the perfect hardboiled egg

Cooking the perfect hard boiled egg can be surprisingly difficult.
Start by filling a pot with lukewarm water and placing it over a very low heat.
This doesn't need to be the lowest flame setting on your stove top but it should be low.
A good comparison is the flame should be as high as you would have it if you were cooking rice.
Gently place the uncooked eggs into the water.
Pour about a tablespoon of vinegar into the pot. The vinegar will not alter the flavor of your eggs, it will just help the shells peel right off of them when they are ready.
Do not cover the pot.
Keep an eye on the pot for when it boils.
Once the water has come to a rolling boil set your timer for 14 minutes.
Once the timer sounds, remove the eggs with a slotted spoon and place them in a bowl of cool water.
Eggs peel best if they are cold so if you need to peel them right away, do so under a stream of cold water from the faucet. If you can wait, put them in fridge in a closed container so that the sulfur smell doesn't permeate other foods in there. When you're ready to peel them, simply take them out and watch as the shell is removed easily, thanks to the vinegar!

How much water to cook 5 eggs hardboiled?

It's not the the amount of water.
Get a sauce pan, big enough that all the eggs fit, fill it up with water, to the top, but leave enough space so when you put the eggs in the water doesn't spill. Turn on the stove in high, when you see the water boiling drop the eggs in. For hardboil wait 10 minutes. A bit less, 8 minutes.

perhaps you turned on the oven timer when you were turning on the rings and it hit time and went off. Some people use the timer for such things as boiling eggs (set to 3 minutes)

My friend bought me a hyundai egg cooker(plu 247959) but the instructions only tell you how to soft boil 2 eggs or hard boil 3! and no instructions of other amounts of eggs or how much water to use or how...

Ignore the instruction manual. Instead look at the measuring cup that comes with your Hyundai PLU 247959 (produced and sold under license by Poundstretcher).
On the side of the measuring cup, you can see three clusters of marks:1. 25 to 40 ml for soft-boiled eggs (symbol of egg with two horizontal lines)2. 45 to 60 ml for medium boiled eggs (symbol of egg with one horizontal line)3. 65 to 80 ml for hard boiled eggs (symbol of egg)
Egg boilers are based on the principle that the larger the volume to be heated is, the less water is required. In other words, you will need to add less water for boiling seven eggs, and more water for boiling one or two eggs.
Which means that for seven eggs to soft boil, add 25 ml; and for one egg to soft boil, add 40 ml. If you look at the markings, you'll notice that on the vertical line between 40 and 25 ml, there are seven equidistant horizontal lines, each showing the amount of water required for the various quantities of eggs.
One egg = fill with water up to the 40 ml markTwo eggs = fill up to the mark below the 40 ml markThree eggs = fill up to the second mark below the 40 ml markFour eggs = fill up to the third mark below the 40 ml mark etc, untilSeven eggs = fill up to the 25 ml mark
Medium boiled and hard boiled eggs are measured in similar ways. Works every time for me. Nice little egg boiler, by the way.
