Send comment I placed an order with them on feb 9,2014 i waited for two months for my mechandise.Till the situation lead to a dispute,Wigsbuy giving customers false advertiseing and they do nqt care about their customers. My $153.69 is in a dispute right now and i simply gave up and im just waiting to get my money back. Because waiting two months for a package that been paid for is just awful!I would never advise anyone to online shop with wigsbuy.com never again!

Just had this happen to me. Contact seller, ask for refund. If you caught it before it shipped out. Then if thats not helpfully, call PayPal. I had to wait till it was delivered, now I have to send it back

Need mediator for dispute with seller


It more than likely not the sellers fault ,but the Postal services fault the package was not delivered. You can change to negative feedback to naturale. I am also a seller on eBay I am sick of my packages not being delivered just because the Postal Service can`t do there job. But is the sellers that have to accept negative feedback and even have give the money back also .

You may be a victim of Identity Theft, you made the right step of sending a letter to your bank, however, I strongly suggest that you contact them as soon as possible so they can temporary de-activate your credit card and give you new details, that way there will be no transactions possible on the existing credit card while they give you a new one, while they investigate on your Identity Theft. It's better if you can talk to them on the phone so they can do something about it right away.

Don't worry,sign in into your paypal acc. and find the transaction,click on "detail",this will take you to another page"TRANSACTION DETAIL",in the bottom of that page find "RESOLUTION CENTER" and click it,on the next page you can start your dispute.You are protected buy Paypal buyers protection but you have only 45 days to place your dispute.

If you've ordered anything via PayPal you can always contact the payee via their email address in the order history.

All of their information will be shown so that you can contact them in case you didn't receive what was ordered.

If you send them an email with the details of your order and what you actually received, and they choose not to resolve it (in most cases they will) you can always file a dispute with PayPal against the payee.

You'll need to enter all of the details of the order and what you actually received.

Once the dispute has been posted, the payee receives an email from PayPal informing them of the dispute.

The dispute is monitored by PayPal and if there isn't any resolution within a certain period of time set by PayPal, the payees account will show that they've chosen not to resolve a dispute and is displayed in their account.

I'd suggest contacting "Cats Paw" first and see what they do.

If they choose to ignore you, then you are in your rights to file a dispute.

I'm assuming that you didn't get what you ordered.

If you haven't, my suggestion would be to go to PayPal and get the information to contact the payee.

Contact them and see what they offer for a solution.

If they ignore your request, you can always go to PayPal and submit a dispute against the payee.

When you submit a dispute, PayPal sends an email to the payee and gives them a certain time period to resolve the issue.

If the issue doesn't get resolved, PayPal will keep that on file and it will be posted in the payees account as an "unresolved dispute"

PayPal monitors disputes and if there are consistencies in disputes, an account can either be "limited" or "frozen".

If an account is "limited" or "frozen" the account can't request payment, make payments or can't close the account.

Before submitting a dispute I'd suggest you contact the payee first to save any future headaches.

Have had this oven for 8 years. At least three times, usually after using the clean cycle in the main oven, the latch mechanism has broke and the oven door will not open. In March they installed a 'new design' to prevent this. It's seven months later, and it broke again. Has anyone had similar experiences? How did you resolve?

I had the same problem and HP has been very helpful, try calling this number 877-917-4380 ext. 79 and be firm tell them this needs to be fixed. They are sending my second replacement part and said they will keep sending parts till it works, this tv is almost 3 years old.
Comment posted on Jan 24, 2009Just to update this issue, HP has now agreed to replace my plasma free of charge, they dont know how to fix it and after a couple of tries they gave up and I'll get my new one next Friday. For all of those trying , keep trying and don't give up, don't take no for an answer.
