Question about Nokia 6120
My handset will not power up. Battery is full but can't get past the black screen. Will turn on but drops out within a few seconds. It's 4 months old. an ideas? Is it fixable or should I start looking for a new phone.
If you purchased it new from an authorized dealer and have proof of purchase send it back to the manufacturer in this case Nokia. It sounds like the power supply is useless/destroyed. Could be due to a power surge or a simple electrical short. There's a small chance it could be a bad battery but either way Nokia would cover either defect. There is a recall advisory on the battery model BL-C5. Here is Nokia's number: 1-888-NOKIA-2U
